Building Description
Originally built as a lumber sawmill manufacturing building. Traditional single-story red brick building dating back to the turn of the 20th century. In 2008, the building was completely updated and modernized to include a contemporary dock, awnings, and store front glass. to parking and their own front doors. Given the historical use of the building, the name "The Sawmill Building" was chosen, following the renovation, to embody the history of the location. This building is one of a few buildings in Lincoln that is LEED Silver designed. This building is home to WRK, LLC., United States Senator Ben Nelson, Bread & Cup Restaurant, BVH Architects, The Weitz Company, and New Age Design.
