The Hudl International Headquarters is a seven-story mixed-use building offering dynamic, Class A space in the heart of Lincoln's West Haymarket District. At a cost of approximately $35 million, the 170,000 square foot structure is one of the largest office buildings constructed in downtown Lincoln in several years. As the primary tenant, Hudl occupies the top four floors of the building, and Nelnet, another leading Nebraska-based company, occupies the second floor. Other building tenants include engineering and design firm, Olsson Associates, and California-based employee engagement software company, Glint.
The building was designed to showcase Hudl’s innovative and forward thinking mentality through features such as environmentally friendly heating and cooling from the adjacent District Energy Corporation (DEC) power plant, sun shades, dyson faucets, and a partially enclosed seventh floor offering a company cafeteria, game room, rooftop patio, and green space. The building utilizes a fourth floor walkway to connect to 700 of the 2600 covered parking stalls that reside within 500 feet of the building site. A courtyard planned to border the north side of the Hudl HQ building will provide a natural gathering area for employees and visitors alike while improving the building’s aesthetic appeal for pedestrians traversing the vibrant Canopy Street.
